• Any rescheduling or cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours before their appointments; otherwise, no refunds will be provided.
• To reserve your appointment, you must pay a booking fee (non-refundable).
• Any client who is more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
• All payments are non-refundable.

Requirements before your permanent makeup:

• Must be 18+
• Must not be pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic or sick (cold, flu, etc.)
• Must not be going through chemo, have viral infections/ diseases, epilepsy, or major heart problems
• Must not have gotten Botox in the last 2 months
• Must not have used Accutane in the past year or Retin-A 4 weeks prior to appt
• Must not have received glycolic/ Chemical peels skincare treatments 4 weeks prior your appt
• Please refrain from taking blood-thinning medication including Aspirin and Vitamins such as Fish Oil for at least 3-5 days before the procedure. No procedure like permanent makeup is recommended for someone prone to Keloids
• For lip procedure, if you have had cold sores in the past, start taking your prescribed medication 4 days before the appointment and 4 days after. We recommend you consult with your doctor before making the appointment

IMPORTANT:

Correction work takes longer, so please be mindful and let us know before booking.
If you come to your appointment with previous work done without notifying us. We will not proceed with your treatment and your card on file will be charged a $100 cancelation fee.
